I know I mentioned a dozen times how much I love my neutrals on this blog. I wanted to show you guys my neutral eye look so I decided to do a tutorial on it! This tutorial is more geared toward those with hooded lids or monolids so I will make sure to do a tutorial for those with double lids as well soon! Maybe by the end of the week I'll have it up.
